    Congratulations for the wonderful job.
    HOW do we spread these developmental efforts hand in hand with sustenance issues? Our people in the villages in collaboration with the facilitators I think are putting lots of efforts into the assessment processes. Having been a facilitator myself in different rural settings, I feel that the satisfaction/ motivational feelings accrued from the such sessions have to be kept constantly alert
